Accessibility Statement

Menahemov Shpigel & Co. values equal access to digital services, including for people with disabilities. The firm works in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998, and the Service Accessibility Regulations of 2013, and is committed to Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

The site provides keyboard navigation using Tab and arrow keys, a skip-to-content link, screen-reader landmarks and ARIA labels, text contrast designed for WCAG AA, text enlargement to 200%, a high-contrast mode, link highlighting, alternative image descriptions and semantic HTML. Hebrew uses RTL and English uses LTR. The site does not use flashing animations that could trigger seizures.

The published statement identifies compatibility testing with NVDA and Chrome/Firefox on Windows; VoiceOver and Safari on macOS/iOS; TalkBack and Chrome on Android; and keyboard navigation in Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari.

Despite ongoing improvements, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Certain animations may present difficulties for older screen readers, and future third-party content may not meet every requirement. The firm reviews accessibility regularly and works to address findings promptly.
