Privacy Policy

1. Google Analytics 4
Only acceptance of the updated cookie notice activates GA4. An earlier Meta-only grant does not enable it. GA4 measures page visits, confirmed form submissions and clicks on WhatsApp, telephone and email links to understand website use, using recognised page paths without query strings or fragments, cookie identifiers and browser information. We do not send names, telephone numbers, email addresses, form contents or enquiry details to Google Analytics, only the action type, public page path, site language, practice area and control location are measured. A contact click does not establish that a conversation or client relationship occurred. Traffic sources use recognised public referrers and restricted campaign parameters only. Google may process visit data outside Israel under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. _ga and _ga_* cookies are configured for up to 90 days. Withdraw through Cookie Preferences and Essential Only; future collection is disabled and writable Analytics cookies are cleared. The updated ms_cookie_consent record includes your Analytics choice. Withdrawal cannot recall data already transmitted.
2. Our commitment and the controller
Menahemov Shpigel & Co. is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors and people who contact the firm. The firm is the controller of information submitted to it and can be contacted on 050-499-6849. Providing details and consenting to non-essential tools are voluntary, not legally mandatory. Refusing non-essential tools does not prevent browsing or contacting us. Without contact details we cannot respond to an enquiry. You may request access to and correction of your information under sections 13 and 14 of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981.
3. Information collected
When you contact the firm, we may collect your name, telephone, email and enquiry. Language, display and privacy choices are stored locally. ms_lang stores your language for up to one year. With your separate, current Meta consent, Pixel receives browsing events, page URLs, browser/device data and cookie identifiers; CAPI receives a generic Lead event, SHA-256-normalised email/phone, IP, user-agent and matching identifiers. Hashing is pseudonymisation, not anonymity. Case details, names, free-text enquiry content and selected case stages are not included in our CAPI payload.
4. Purposes of use
Enquiry information is used to respond, arrange consultations and meet legal obligations. With your separate Meta consent, limited event data also measures advertising effectiveness and attributes enquiries. Refusal does not affect access to the site or the firm. This is not consent to marketing messages; such messages require their own consent.
5. Professional confidentiality and disclosure
Information concerning a legal matter is handled in accordance with applicable duties of confidentiality and legal privilege, including Israeli Bar rules and the Evidence Ordinance [New Version], 5731–1971. Submitting an online enquiry does not itself establish an attorney–client relationship. Disclosure to third parties may occur under a binding court order, with your express written consent, where required by law, or through the service providers described below.
6. Service providers
Website enquiries are delivered through Make.com for handling by the firm. Separately, only with current Meta consent, limited measurement data is shared with Meta Platforms through Pixel and Conversions API. Meta may process data outside Israel, including in the United States, under its applicable data-processing terms and privacy/cookie policies. See https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ and https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies/. Our integration measures PageView and generic Lead events; it does not send the substance of your legal enquiry to Meta.
7. Storage and security
Information is stored on secured servers. The firm takes reasonable technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure, but cannot guarantee absolute online security. Information is retained as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and applicable legal obligations. Enquiries that do not result in an attorney–client relationship are deleted within 24 months unless you consent to further retention. Where a suspected security incident may affect your privacy, the firm will provide notice and take the steps required by law.
8. Your privacy rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, you may request access to information about you, correction of inaccurate or outdated information, deletion in applicable circumstances and restriction of processing. You may also ask to withdraw consent, subject to legally required retention. The firm will respond to privacy rights enquiries within 30 days. Contact us using the telephone number or email below.
9. Cookies and privacy preferences
Essential storage supports your preferences. Accept & Continue authorises the Meta advertising measurement and enquiry attribution described in the notice; Essential Only keeps Meta Pixel and CAPI disabled. Older grants are not reused for this new purpose. _fbp and _fbc matching cookies may last up to 90 days; our ms_meta_consent marker lasts 90 days. The versioned choice and timestamp are also stored in ms_cookie_consent until changed/deleted. The marker is sent to our server to enforce consent for CAPI; it is not itself sent to Meta. Meta determines its own event-data retention under its published policies; cookie expiry does not delete data already sent. Withdraw through Cookie Preferences at any time; future events stop and writable matching cookies are cleared. Previously transmitted data cannot be recalled by deleting cookies. Contact the firm or Meta about applicable access/deletion rights. Consent to measurement does not replace the form disclosure or consent to marketing messages.
10. Policy changes
The firm may update this policy and will publish material changes on the website. Continuing to browse is not consent to new processing purposes that require consent. Appropriate notice and a fresh choice will be provided before activating such tools.
